Županijske zdravstvene ustanove temeljem ugovornih obveza s HZZO-om pružaju usluge domaćim i stranim turistima koji borave na području Istarske županije.
U slučaju potrebe za neodložnom medicinskom pomoći, turisti ostvaruju pravo na zdravstvenu zaštitu pod jednakim uvjetima kao hrvatski osiguranici uz uvjet da imaju važeću europsku karticu zdravstvenog osiguranja (EKZO). Domaći turisti zdravstvenu zaštitu ostvaruju na temelju važeće iskaznice HZZO-a. U nastavku su informacije o uvjetima i načinu ostvarivanja zdravstvene zaštite turista.

Health Services for Tourists in Istria County
County health institutions provide services to domestic and foreign tourists staying in Istria County based on contractual obligations with the Croatian Health Insurance Fund (HZZO).
In case of the need for urgent medical assistance, tourists are entitled to health care under the same conditions as Croatian insured persons, provided they have a valid European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). Domestic tourists access health care based on a valid HZZO card. Below is information about the conditions and ways to access health care for tourists.

Gesundheitsdienste für Touristen im Bezirk Istrien
Die Bezirksgesundheitseinrichtungen bieten aufgrund vertraglicher Verpflichtungen mit dem kroatischen Gesundheitsversicherungsfonds (HZZO) Dienstleistungen für inländische und ausländische Touristen an, die sich im Bezirk Istrien aufhalten.
Im Falle der Notwendigkeit dringender medizinischer Hilfe haben Touristen unter den gleichen Bedingungen wie kroatische Versicherte Anspruch auf Gesundheitsschutz, vorausgesetzt, sie besitzen eine gültige europäische Gesundheitsversicherungskarte (EHIC). Inländische Touristen erhalten Gesundheitsschutz auf Grundlage einer gültigen HZZO-Karte. Nachfolgend finden Sie Informationen über die Bedingungen und die Art und Weise, wie Touristen Gesundheitsschutz erhalten können.

Servizi sanitari per turisti nella contea dell’Istria
Le istituzioni sanitarie della contea offrono servizi ai turisti nazionali e stranieri che soggiornano nella contea dell’Istria in base agli obblighi contrattuali con il Fondo di Assicurazione Sanitaria Croato (HZZO).
In caso di necessità di assistenza medica urgente, i turisti hanno diritto alla protezione sanitaria alle stesse condizioni degli assicurati croati, a condizione che possiedano una valida tessera sanitaria europea (EHIC). I turisti nazionali accedono alla protezione sanitaria sulla base di una valida tessera HZZO. Di seguito sono riportate informazioni sulle condizioni e sul modo in cui i turisti possono ottenere assistenza sanitaria.
